    • August 10 – Gave a presentation on pesticide regulations, litigation, and legislative outlook to the Georgia Farm Bureau Commodity Advisory Committee in Athens, Georgia.

    • August 2 – Gave a presentation on the Supreme Court decisions in the Sackett-WOTUS case and the Prop 12 case and what each decision means for agriculture for a Future of Agriculture Forum held by the Illinois Farmers’ Council at Richland Community College in Decatur, Illinois.
