    • September 9-10 – In-person presentation on “Agricultural Law Update” focusing on ongoing litigation, legislative proposals, and related issues pertinent to FCC attorneys at the 2025 Farm Credit Council Attorney’s Conference in Denver, CO
    • September 14-17 – Attended and presented via Q&A session with NASDA members and attendees in plenary session; also signed new MOU between NALC, NASDA, and NASDA Foundation, at 2025 National Association of State Departments of Agriculture Annual Meeting in Rogers, AR
    • September 18 – Participated in Q&A session with several dozen foreign attachés hosted by NASDA while in Arkansas in Rogers, AR
