The Farm Service Agency (FSA), on behalf of the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC), has completed a Draft Supplemental Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (Draft SPEIS) to examine the potential environmental consequences associated with implementing changes to the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) specified in the Agricultural Act of 2014.
The Draft SPEIS also assists in developing new regulations.
FSA is requesting comments on the Draft SPEIS until September 8.
