After a three-year process of debate and compromise, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the $956 billion farm bill this morning.  The farm bill Conference Report and Summary are available here.
 
The House approved the Conference Report for H.R. 2642 with a 251 to 166 vote. 
 
The Senate will vote and approve the bill this week, and President Obama is expected to sign, according to an article by the Hill available here.
