The Penn State Center for Agricultural and Shale Law has posted the Shale Law in the Spotlight: Recent Litigation Relating to Wastewater Injection Well Prohibition in Highland Township. This article describes the lawsuit with Seneca Resources Corporation and Pennsylvania General Energy in Highland and ​Grant Township, respectively, for local ordinances prohibiting wastewater injection wells.
