USDA’s Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) recently published two biotechnology reglulatory actions for a Monsanto soybean variety and a BASF herbicide-resistant soybean, according to an article by Agri-Pulse available here.
 
The notice of determination on nonregulated status for a Monsanto soybean variety genetically engineered to increased yield is available here.
 
The draft environmental assessment, draft plant pest risk assessment, and notice of public comment prepared in response to a petition from BASF Plant Science, LP to deregulate its herbicide resistant soybean is available here.
 
The draft environmental assessment, plant pest risk assessment, and notice of public comment for apples genetically engineered to resist browning, developed by Okanagan Specialty Fruits, Inc., is available here.
