AGRICULTURAL MARKETING SERVICE

Correcting amendment on July 7, 2020, the Agricultural Marketing Service amended regulations under the Federal Seed Act. The document incorrectly revised the entries for ‘‘Oat’’ and ‘‘Brussels Sprouts’’ in the table that specifies directions for germination and hard seed testing. This document corrects those entries. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

Final rule revises the delegations of authority from the Secretary of Agriculture and general officers of the Department of Agriculture (USDA) to reflect changes and additions to the delegations required by the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 and for other purposes. Info here.

FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE 

Final rule reclassifies (downlist) the American burying beetle (Nicrophorus americanus) from endangered to threatened on the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. Info here.

NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION

Notice NMFS announces approval of a Marine Conservation Plan (MCP) for Pacific Insular Areas other than American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Info here.

Proposed rule would establish annual catch limits (ACLs) of 30,802 pounds (lbs) and annual catch targets (ACTs) of 25,491 lbs of main Hawaiian Islands (MHI) Kona crab in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. The proposed rule would also establish in-season and post-season accountability measures (AMs). Info here.
