AGRICULTURAL MARKETING SERVICE

Final rule amends Marketing Order No. 966, which regulates the handling of Florida Tomatoes. The amendments will change the Florida Tomato Committee’s (Committee) size, length of the terms of office, and quorum requirements. Info here.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY 

Proposed rule EPA is proposing significant new use rules (SNURs) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for chemical substances which are the subject of premanufacture notices (PMNs). Info here.

NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION 

Proposed rule to implement management measures described in Regulatory Amendment 34 to the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for the Snapper-Grouper Fishery of the South Atlantic Region (Snapper-Grouper FMP), as prepared and submitted by the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council (Council). Info here.
