AGRICULTURAL MARKETING SERVICE

Interim Final Rule announcing the Dairy Donation Program as required by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021. Under the program, eligible dairy organizations may apply for and receive reimbursements for donations. The program is intended to facilitate donations of eligible dairy products and prevent and minimize food waste. Info here.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY

Notice announcing that in accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, EPA is issuing a notice of receipt of requests by registrants to voluntarily cancel pesticide registrations. If these requests are granted, any sale, distribution, or use of products listed in the notice will be permitted after the registrations have been cancelled only if such sale, distribution, or use is consistent with the terms as described in the final order.
