CASE LAW: Today’s cases include a conservation easement and removal of horses from federal land.

FRIENDS OF ANIMALS, INC., Plaintiff, v. S.M.R. JEWELL, et al., Defendants., No. 15-CV-01500 (CRC), 2016 WL 1948811 (D.D.C. May 3, 2016) – Considered a challenge to remove horses from federal land.
