HB 7003 revises the state hemp program in accordance with federal requirements. Info here.

MICHIGAN

SB 852 creates an industrial hemp program, registration requirements for certain activities, provides for the sampling and testing of industrial hemp, and delegates powers and duties to certain state departments, officers, state agencies, and officials. Info here.

SB 1067 establishes a commission for the control of the alcoholic beverage traffic within the state, provides for the incorporation of farmer cooperative wineries and the grant of certain rights and privileges to those cooperatives, and provides the licensing and taxation of activities. Info here.
