In Ctr. for Biological Diversity v. Cty. of San Bernardino, 2016 WL 2742824 (Cal. Ct. App. May 10, 2016) the court found no prejudicial abuse of discretion in approving a project to pump fresh groundwater from an underground aquifer and certifying the environmental impact report.
