AGRICULTURAL MARKETING SERVICE
Final rule implements a recommendation from the Citrus Administrative Committee to establish reporting requirements under the Federal marketing order for oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, and pummelos grown in Florida. This action requires Florida citrus handlers who handle citrus grown within the production area to register with the Committee. Info here.
Referendum order directs that a referendum be conducted among eligible producers of onions grown in South Texas to determine whether they favor continuance of the marketing order regulating the handling of onions produced in the production area. Info here.

DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
Final rule amended the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s administrative regulations by adding procedural regulations for the review and issuance of agency guidance documents as mandated by Executive Order. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE
Proposed rule to amend portions of regulations that implement section 4 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act). The proposed revisions set forth a process for excluding areas of critical habitat under section 4(b)(2) of the Act, which mandates our consideration of the impacts of designating critical habitat and permits exclusions of particular areas following a discretionary exclusion analysis. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION
Final rule; correction correcting the implementation date of a final rule that was published in the Federal Register of August 13, 2020.
