ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY

Final rule pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the State of Kansas’s Underground Storage Tank program submitted by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Info here.
