ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY

Proposed rule announcing that the State of Alabama has applied to the Environmental Protection Agency for final approval of revisions to its Underground Storage Tank Program under subtitle I of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Info here.

Notice announcing the availability of the EPA’s Preliminary Effluent Guidelines Program Plan 15 and solicits public comment. The Clean Water Act requires the EPA to biennially publish a plan for new and revised effluent limitations guidelines, after public review and comment. Info here.

FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICE

Notice announcing that FNS plans to add The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) Reach and Resiliency Grants, as authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act, to its list of approved programs under the Uniform Grant Application for Non-Entitlement Discretionary Grants, as approved under OMB; and that FNS intends to collect additional information for the TEFAP Reach and Resiliency Grants outside of what is currently in the uniform package.
