Pesticide related information submitted to the EPA pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, including information that may have been claimed as Confidential Business Information by the submitter, will be transferred to the U.S. Department of Justice and parties to the litigation.
