CHEMICAL SAFETY AND HAZARD INVESTIGATION BOARD

Final rule satisfying the statutory requirement of the enable statute of the Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board that the Board shall establish by regulation binding requirements for reporting accidental releases into the ambient air subject to the Board’s investigative jurisdiction. Owners and operators of poultry processing facilities would be required to file such a report. Info here.
