Federal Crop Insurance Corporation

Correction on November 30, 2020, the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation published a final rule which revised the Area Risk Protection Insurance Regulations; Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions; Common Crop Insurance Regulations, Sunflower Seed Crop Insurance Provisions; and Common Crop Insurance Regulations, and Dry Pea Crop Insurance Provisions. Changes were published in the final rule that were inadvertently not incorporated when the changes were made in the Code of Federal Regulations as currently reflected in the electronic CFR.
