The National Agricultural Law Center and the American Agricultural Law Association will host a CLE/Educational Webinar, “Farm & Ranch Leases: Overview and Practical Negotiation Pointers” on Thursday, March 13 from 2:00-3:30 (EDT).  The CLE/Webinar is being offered exclusively for members of the American Agricultural Law Association (AALA).

Farm and ranch leases are an integral part of agricultural production throughout the United States.  This program will provide an overview of leases on agricultural property and discuss issues that arise in the drafting and negotiation of leases.  The program will cover three common types of leases – cash-rent, crop-share, and hybrid leases – but will also address other types of agricultural leases such as livestock-share, bull-stallion leases, farm equipment leases, grazing leases, hunting and other recreation-type leases.

Registration: This webinar is offered free of charge as a member benefit of the American Agricultural Law Association and is only available to AALA members.  Registration information or information on joining the AALA is available here.
