Penn State Center for Agricultural and Shale Law has posted the Shale Law In the Spotlight: Use of Congressional Review Act to Alter Energy and Environmental Policy in the Early Days of the Trump Administration. The article discusses the recent use of the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to disapprove rules such as the Stream Protection rule. The CRA was also used to disapprove the SEC rule that would require disclosure of oil and gas company payments made to foreign governments.
