You will hear:

Leslie Alan Glick, Director of Business & Finance, Fennemore Law

Leslie Alan Glick (Les) is a Director in Fennemore’s Business & Finance practice group in Washington, D.C., where he focuses on international trade and customs law. He represents clients before the U.S. International Trade Commission, Department of Commerce, Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, and the Court of International Trade, with extensive experience in antidumping, countervailing duty, and Section 232 and 301 tariff matters. Les regularly develops tariff mitigation strategies, conducts trade-related due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and advises on manufacturing in Mexico under NAFTA and the USMCA. He is also the author of books on both agreements.

In addition, Les counsels clients on regulatory compliance before agencies such as FDA, USDA, and FTC, particularly in matters involving food products, dietary supplements, and imports. Les has experience in agricultural cases. He spent several years representing growers and importers in the antidumping investigation of fresh cut flowers from Mexico; tomato growers from Baja California, Mexico, in the antidumping investigations and mushroom exporters from Chile. In his FDA practice Les’ clients include the Mexican juice brand JUMEX and food exporter La Costena. A former counsel to a U.S. House subcommittee, he maintains an active Washington-based practice and earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his B.A. from Cornell University.
