Rule EPA is proposing a significant new use rule (SNUR) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for one chemical substance that was the subject of a premanufacture notice. Details here.

Rule EPA Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is proposing to amend its procedures implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to make these implementing procedures better align with its decision making processes, and to incorporate into these procedures guidance issued by the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) since the procedures were last amended.
